regarding track limits: I heard it once in the commentary of the Nürburgring 24h race, that apparently one driver asked in the drivers briefing: “uh, what about track limits, will you enforce them?”, and the stewards basically responded: “No, we will not. The Nordschleife will do that for us!” Which I found pretty funny …
