Dr. Mario Theissen has told Autosport.com that they will continue the development on their 2008 challenger but first they must understand what happened at the Hungarian GP.
That’s good news for Nick, Robert and BMW fans as this weekends adventure saw them desperately off the pace with their rivals. It sounds as if they have a long way to go:
“What happened now was totally unexpected, we haven’t seen it before,” he said. “We were just slow. Really slow. Sometimes in phases of the race Robert was the slowest car on the track, so it was like we weren’t there.”
