KVSH racing has picked up a co-primary sponsor for new driver Sebastien Bourdais for 7 races this season in Mistic Electronic Cigarettes. The electronic cigarette will be the primary colors on #11 car for 7 races during the 2014 season and has been dubbed the “Mystic Machine.”
As part of the partnership, Circle K stores around the country will display the “Mystic Machine” as part of their marketing strategy. There is something to be said for that being that some sponsors in recent years have done little to associate the partnership with the teams they sponsor.
“We couldn’t be any more excited to bring the Mistic E-Cig brand to the IndyCar community,” said KVSH partner James Sullivan in a team statement. “After announcing Sebastien Bourdais as the driver, this is the next phase of taking KVSH to new heights following the Indianapolis 500 win in 2013.”
Bourdais also weighed in on his new sponsor and is looking forward to the new partnership.
“Health is very important to me and I’m proud to be associated with a company that is looking to reduce the risks of tobacco smoking,” he said.
