All the talk this year and last about customer cars got me to thinking. This is not a new complaint. Can anyone tell us when another customer car complaint was made? As a hint, the complaint was over who had to pre-qualify and not. That should give it away.
What year, what teams and what car was involved. Also, what was the verdict?
