Several drivers have weighed in on JV’s comments regarding Lewis Hamilton’s chop block at the beginning of races. Such drivers as Heidfeld, Wurz and Webber have denied that there is any wrong doing with Hamilton’s tactics. Perhaps Fisi said it best when he explained that JV talks too much.

My perspective? I have no issue with the chop move of Hamilton’s. However, I do recall the absolute vitriol from darn near all the drivers when Schumacher did it. It was his trademark move at the beginning of a race and the grid was incandescent over the move. Somehow, over the course of 7 months; it has become perfectly fine and excusable as Lewis is just defending his line. Shameless.
