Many of the F1 drivers have spoken out on the incident involving Lewis Hamilton at the Belgium Grand Prix that resulted in the stripping of a race victory for Lewis Hamilton. While most of the drivers agree that it was a harsh penalty (understand the stewards have two choices for a penalty: grid position or driver-through) they do feel Lewis was wrong and did gain an advantage. Interestingly Autosport’s tag line is “Drivers say Hamilton penalty was harsh” but fails to really tell the whole story. They say it was harsh but justified. Just pointing that out…;)
