Force India Continues Spyker Arbitration

Even after the sale of the Spyker team to Force India, team boss Colin Kolles is determined to press ahead with a legal claim against F1 rivals Super Aguri and Toro Rosso.

Kolles questioned the legality of their 2007 cars, arguing that they are nearly direct copies of cars designed and built by their parent teams.

The case is before the Swiss Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne.

Rumor is, the team’s new owner Vijay Mallya has told the Indian press that the Spyker arbitration will continue as Force India.
