Force India owner Vijay Mallya has made big changes at Force India after the team failed to score a point in the 2008 season. The new roles will see Vijay as the Team Principle while removing Colin Kolles as principal and Mike Gascoyne as technical head.
Mike Gascoyne is becoming damaged goods as he has been bounced from team to team over the course of his career. In the shake-up, Mallya announced that they are severing their partnership with Ferrari as well leading to a big assumption that FI is going to truly become a customer team to McLaren Mercedes. Time will tell.
