As for silly season driver moves, I think those who have yet to score points are the most likely to leave the sport. With Pascal Wehrlien the most likely to move up the grid.
Leclerc was impressive at Silverstone, so could be favourite at Haas to replace Gutierrez (unless he can lose the bad luck).

Stefan Johannson may not be eligible to run for President of the United States, but he eminently qualified to oust Jean Todt as President of the FIA. However, I’m registered to vote for one but not the other.

Since I’m throwing my full support behind Haas I REALLY want to see Rossi replace Gutierrez. They made me REALLY happy by taking Grosjean as lead driver. A good fit and a guy who’s paid his dues and really stepped up as a driver. I think Rossi has more natural talent and it would certainly be refreshing to see an American F1 team with an American in a seat. The Indy 500 win definitely raised his stock value.
