1. For those of you scoring at home, 82 centimeters translates to about 2 1/3 feet…or the width of a front wing. 2. I dunno….if I were Formula 1, would I want someone like Hamilton to promote the brand through social media? 3. So, I’m guessing that we’re seeing some maturity appearing in Verstappen. 4. Good points but I just don’t know how you can give someone drive of the race for partially recovering from the hole he put himself in. He made great passes and smart strategy but I think of it more wholistically. I mean if someone lost half my money then earned back a quarter, I wouldn’t be like ‘wow the market is only up 3% and you’re up 25 that’s fabulous! Very interesting point by P Charsley about the McLaren harvesting, makes sense with Malaysia too where that car was BETTER than maybe expected – I’ve been thinking of the long straights as a weakness but that heavy braking seems to be what they need.
