Hamilton on pole over Rosberg, Red Bulls in Malaysia

It wasn’t a case of me betting against Red Bull but I simply felt the track profile at the Sepang Circuit for the Malaysian Grand Prix might favor the Ferrari’s. I was wrong.

While Mercede locked out the front row, I was expecting the Ferrari’s of Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Raikkonen to lock row two but the duo locked row three instead and this was due to seriously quick Red Bull’s of Max Verstappen and Daniel Ricciardo.

The Force India team took the fourth row and with the new track surface in Sepang, the race could be interesting as rain is always a threat as well as heat.

Jenson Button will start his 300th career F1 race on Sunday from 9th place.

The Faust

The headline could read…Hamilton on pole, Rosberg P2 and Grosjean whining and berating his car and team again. I am for a complete new driver team.
