Veteran open-wheeler Paul Tracy was the fastest on day one at Indy in preparation for his return to Indycar after being slighted for the win in the infamous finish in 2002. Paul is favorite here at F1B and we are excited for his return. Now if we can just get Oriel Servia a ride, all would be well.
“We thought we would run 219(mph) with the track conditions, temperature and the set-up they had,” Tracy said. “The team was really happy with what we did. We ran faster than they qualified last year.”
