Gordon Kirby says that Chris Pook, long-time racing enthusiast and promoter in the US, could be up to something other than promoting his World Superbike races. Apparently Chris was spotted in the paddock at the Monza GRand Prix and we all know Bernie has recently suggested a return tot he US but would not commit on it being at Indy. Could Chris be the proverbial Donington Park of the USA? Could Chris actually pull off a new circuit and promotional package that would interest Bernie and US fans?
Who knows but at this point, I would welcome a change of scenery and a new race…For sure we need one.
