Wow! What a race. I had a momentary lapse of reason and forgot to record the MotoGP race this weekend. While Speed faithfully replayed the race at 2AM; I managed to record it and watch. I am very, very impressed with Jorge Lorenzo. The guy has two broken ankles and fell back to 10th and then moved throught he field like a hot knife through butter to finish second. If the race would have been a few laps longer; he may have given Rossi all he wanted. Truly the man-of-the-race. I guess racing hurt does pay off huh?
Not to take anything away from Rossi; he stormed to a dominant victory and took the world championship lead.
