Lord, you’re being nice about McLaren… the question is this: If McLaren had been fighting for the constructors, they would have covered Max and pitted. BUT all of this was caused by the Suliman deal to make the F1 driver’s championship NOT be won in this race. To flatten out those odds against Lando and increase the drama to the end of the season, they came up with a 25 lap limit for the tires. Not trying to take anything away from McLarens stupidity, theyve blown 2 races in a row, but has anyone noticed how many times this year Maxs red bull has exited parc ferme significantly faster, relative to the field, than it went in? Wtf?
