Although he won six (6) Grands Prix in Formula 1, Ralf Schumacher lost his ride at Toyota and quickly ended up in the German DTM racing series for Mercedes. He finished 14th in the series last year and didn’t win a single race. Bild reports that his contract was up December 31st and that discussion for extending that contract have brought “no results”.
but never fear, Ralf fans, because he says he has plenty to do:
“Nobody should be worried about me. Apart from race driving I have enough projects to keep me busy.”
Apparently on of Schumacher’s other pursuits is yacht racing. It appears he has a friend, Albert Drettmann, who is a boat designer.
