In a terrific race and battle of titans, Valentino Rossi beat Casey Stoner giving the Italian his first victory at the Laguna Seca track.
Swapping leads constantly, the pair battled it out for the first spot and had gained a 20 second advantage over the rest of the field. Jorge Lorenzo had another wicked high-side that broke bones and had me on the edge of my seat. The poor guy is just taking a beating this year.
