Sutil tipped for Force India ride in 2013

Sky Sports F1 has tipped Adrian Sutil as the person most likely to succeed in securing the open seat at Force India as Paul di Resta’s teammate. The 30-year-old German wil return to Force India after sitting out a year on the sidelines.

Sutil drove for Force India from 2008 to 2011 with a best-finish of 9th place. He scored 94 points for Force India during his time in Formula One and struggled under the weight of a grievous bodily harm conviction after an altercation in a Chinese night club with Lotus F1 boss Eric Lux.

Jules Bianchi was also in the running for the seat but it is said that the Frenchman will remain with the team as the reserve driver and one presumes still on the radar as part of Ferrari’s young driver development program.

Good idea to bring Sutil back?
