Good insight as always. it would seem Ferrari, like Williams, has a fundamental issue with the car design. Whether it’s the tires or what, but they have to figure it out. Arrivabene would have made the strategy call a lot quicker, it seems Binnotto is too unsure, too close to the drivers. Also, Mercedes found two whole seconds over red Bull and Ferrari with their spec 1 engine. Ferrari and Red Bull had spec 2. That’s pretty incredible.
