Max Verstappen takes pole position but the qualifying session for the F1 Dutch Grand Prix was a twice red-flagged event with crashes from Williams driver, Logan Sargeant, and Ferrari driver, Charles Leclerc, in Q3.
The good news was that the Williams driver and his teammate, Alex Albon, both made it to Q3 with the latter qualifying 4th!
The other good news for McLaren fans is that Lando Norris, who looked quick in all three sessions, was able to qualifying 2nd with George Russell’s Mercedes on his tail in 3rd.
This left pole position for the hometown driver, Max Verstappen, who took top spot in his Red Bull.
