Max Verstappen takes pole position for Sunday’s Qatar Grand Prix at the Losail Circuit. It was a sandy, dusty and slippery event marred by numerous track limit violations relegating both McLaren’s to 6th and 10th place while Mercedes advanced to 2nd and 3rd for Sunday’s grand prix.
