Perhaps the home of Red Bull isn’t a big surprise as the venue that would see Max Verstappen take another pole position but it’s his teammate that is getting a lot of attention today as Sergio Perez failed to get out of Q2 now for four races in a row!
It’s unclear what Perez may be struggling with in the past three races but on Friday in Austria, it was the white lines that indicate the track limit. As a matter of fact, there were so many track limit violations that caused the loss of the lap time it has become the #WhiteLine GP.
A good result for Ferrari who need a good result with Charles Leclerc in P2 and Carlos Sainz in P3. A great recovery of form for McLaren’s Lando Norris up in P4 followed by fellow countrymen Lewis Hamilton in 5th.
