The best thing that the Indy 500 winner learned during his time in F1? Saving fuel. What a sad picture.

1. A true racing marathon…and, yes, I had a nap between each race. 2. Note to self: Get Todd’s autograph. :-D 3. Maybe Rossi should give Red Bull a call. 4. Maybe it was the pool that was called “Piscine”. 5. A: I like a little of both, and B: I also like sci-fi. 6. Right call re: Rosberg letting Hamilton go by. Gave the Mercs a better shot at winning, and a daring move to go from wets to ultras. 7. Seems that Ricciardo got screwed once (poor pit crew communication), maybe twice (Hamilton’s block was questionable). I imagine… Read more »

Trust me, you don’t want my autograph, it’s worthless.

Todd, if I wasn’t living so far away, I’d be at the Austin meet-up with an 8×10 glossy pf the beautiful you and a sharpie in hand. I might not take take the opportunity to have Rossi’s autograph before yours presented the chance, but this F1B fan since the single digit podcast would love to have your autograph.

Time to get some 500 podcast merchandise ready to sign for your appearance in Austin. Now who wouldn’t want such a limited edition souvenir of this podcast?

There’s got to be something to that number right? The FBC 500! I like it. :)

‘The BARF1 International FBC 500! presented by AUTOSPORT!’

Surely should be the title.. you are American after all, we need a really long name for the event.

I doubt AUTOSPORT likes us very much. Maybe “presented by Charsley IPA”? ;)

Do you get sponsor samples if it’s presented by Charsley IPA? ;-)

So’s mine. We can trade. :-D
However, consider this: How’d you get your house? Your car? Your credit cards? Your signature had to be affixed to those documents, y’know. That has to make it worth something. ;-)

10. Perez will only make a win out of it when he’s in a much better car, or when all the Ferraris, Mercs and Bulls crash out. He’s doing extremely well getting the occasional podium.

formula 1 blog is about as interesting as Justin Bieber telling Hamilton in parc ferme “yo dog you crushed it”

I can’t be sure but I think that may have been a slam on our site. Sorry we’re not more interesting than Biebs. But seriously, who can be? ;)

Palmer’s sheepskin coincided with him driving over one of the pedestrian crossings, so he can probably use the Mansell excuse of hitting a white line. One the qualifying highlights show on Channel 4, Coulthard mentioned that this was one track where you couldn’t drive 100% everywhere, as the barriers would bite if you made the slightest error. Oddly, he said that since they had moved the barriers back on the exit of the swimming pool, this was one area where you could drive at the limit. Verstappen then proved him wrong. That Max was able to pass so many people… Read more »

Justin Bieber was there… because he’s a talent that is helping Hamilton with pop singing. Oh, and he’s really rich. And he’s a friend of the royalty there doing serious $$ charity events.
