A new year, a new name and a new focus for 2018. Thanks to all of you for your incredible support throughout 2017 and in particular with the mammoth task of changing our name and website. We are truly indebted to you, the TPF community.

I don’t think so, they finally got around to replying to me support ticket and said…yeah, try the migration tool (which I did) and if that doesn’t work, try it again. If that doesn’t produce the results you want, try manual system we have. They sent a link. Really? that’s the extent of OTT support they provide?
