It the “it’s about time” colum, Jim Clark is finally honored at the Jim Clark Film Festival.
In my, and many others opinion, Jim Clark is arguably the greatest F1 driver to compete in the series and I think it is high time we start recognizing that through events such as this. I, for one, would like to see a movie made about Jimmy. I think he deserves it. In fact, I think it would be hard to make a movie about F1 today (as Sly Stallone found out when he made that debacle of a movie about CHAMP) but I think a movie about the golden age of racing (1960-1969) could be made quite easily. That’s my suggestion, any directors listening?
