Occasionally I feel moved. That then becomes a prime mover for writing an opinion. That usually begets a lot of quibble from me as I have a tendency to wax poetic when given half a chance. I am aware of this shortcoming so no one need remind me.

However, unlike many in this business, I am not madly in love with my own words. There is a difference. So with this in mind, I will occasionally post a few words but as I am constantly working on the site and posting stories; it will not be quite as riveting or frequent as Grace’s “Redoubtable’ which will post every Friday.

None the less, I will endeavor to write with a sense of brevity and remain utterly nonplussed with my own words. If that interests you at all, feel free to read on.

Dear N.C. I thought of trying a humourous response to this post. However I did not want to offend yourself or anyone in any way with my offbeat sense of humour. I really love what you are doing and just want to support it in any way possible. I cut and pasted your words from this post in some really fun ways but thought that may disrespect what you are all doing. You and your team are doing a really great service for fans of F1. I so much appreciate the effort you all make to help me further understand… Read more »

Love everything you do for us NC.

…how do you find the time to host CNBC’s Mad Money AND run the F1B site?

Mad Money … Ha ha. I also just wanted to drop you a line and thank you and the team as well. I enjoyed F1 before I discovered the podcast through iTunes, which led me to the site.I’ve been a huge fan of different forms of Motorsport over the years, but my participation on the site definitely has enhanced my understanding of the sport, current events, and even given me new perspective on the racing itself. I don’t watch Autosport for the latest F1 news, I let you guys sort it out (which I know is incredably scary to you… Read more »

We’ve “enhanced” your understanding? Uh oh, I think it is definitely time for an F1B retreat. We are clearly “off mission.” :)

Thanks for the kind words. Your perspective was mine exactly… and then Todd pulled me in. So be careful what you say…

NC, forget F1 Wolf, Sidepodcast, doctor vee, Joe Saward, f1fanatic.uk, etc. F1B is the lighthouse for the crazy sailshow of Formula one to reach safe harbor……
Your site has been growing and improving faster than any other F1 site on the www (I just hate my Ipod takes forever to upload the front page tough…), it’s been incredible. I just love love you guys….keep up the good job, the sport needs you!

NC, I enjoy your waking poetically, when given half the chance.

This is not only one of the best/fun F1 sites on the net… It’s one of the best/fun sites.

Opps, should have been “waxing”, not “waking”

Having enjoyed NC’s magnanimous presence in Kansas City for a typically early F1 race, I can tell you he does wake poetically as well.

Now, some of the others who were there… not so much.
