Taking a page from the McLaren initial WMSC meeting, the FIA have found Renault guilty of article 151c but leveraged no penalty or fine as they can not prove that any of the information was used in the development of their car to their advantage.
Apparently Renault don’t keep old emails between drivers or have employees sending SMS text messages to McLaren employees.
