Williams F1 Team have decided to save the cash and not have an official car launch this year.
This after McLaren, said to be doing the same, decided to actually have a car launch on January 7th. I can understand saving the money. The teams must spend a small fortune to have a media event for the car and in the end game, it would probably pay a few salaries for the year. Although I am a bit bummed because I was looking forward to seeing the new Williams challenger. Perhaps this is a first step in reducing costs in F1? No car launches.
